Muscat: Muscat International Airport is adjusting the boarding pass reading area timings from August 4, 2024.
Under the new rules, passengers must complete the boarding pass reading process at least 40 minutes before their flight’s departure and will not be allowed to pass through the checkpoint thatafterwards. This adjustment is designed to alleviate congestion and ensure a timely departure for all flights. However, the departure gates will continue to close 20 minutes before the scheduled departure time, maintaining the current timing for gate closures.
Travelers are encouraged to follow these updated instructions to ensure a hassle-free and comfortable airport experience. Passengers can visit the official Oman Airports website or check their social media channels for further details.
