MUSCAT : The data is based on feedback from over 1,565 local and international contacts handled by the OPAZ Call Center in the first half of 2024.
The electronic survey assessed user satisfaction with OPAZ’s institutional proficiency system, focusing on several key indicators:
- Time taken to obtain services
- Customer satisfaction with procedures, records, and service delivery guidelines
- Efficiency and manner of service provision
- Likelihood of recommending OPAZ services to others
Of the 1,565 calls received 91 were investment requests, 462 were investment-related queries, 631 were general enquiries and 9 were reports.
The OPAZ Call Center, accessible via 1919 and an international number, operates from 8 am to 4 pm, providing prompt, comprehensive, and technologically advanced responses to enquiries about all special economic zones and free zones.
