Muscat: Oman has strongly supported the International Court of Justice’s opinion regarding the legal ramifications of the occupying state’s actions. In a resolute statement, Oman called on the international community to uphold and implement international resolutions and conventions that demand an immediate cessation of the illegal occupation of Palestinian territories.
The Sultanate reiterated its stance that the Palestinian people must be granted their inalienable right to establish an independent state based on the 1967 borders, with East Jerusalem as its capital.
