MUSCAT: The three attackers involved in the Al Wadi Al Kabir shooting on July 15 were Omani nationals, the Royal Oman Police confirmed on Thursday.
In a statement issued via state-owned Oman News Agency, ROP said “they were among those influenced by misguided ideas.”
“The three perpetrators involved in the incident were Omani brothers, and they died as a result of their insistence on resisting the security men. Investigations have indicated that they are among those influenced by misguided ideas,” ROP added.
