MUSCAT : Due to multiple violations, the Consumer Protection Authority has ordered the temporary closure of a commercial establishment in Muscat Governorate specializing in carpentry, blacksmithing, and aluminium services.

This action follows numerous complaints from consumers about the company’s failure to comply with transparency, credibility, and consumer rights rules.

Consumers reported breaches of contracts and delays in service delivery, prompting the CPA to coordinate with the Public Prosecution and take legal measures. The establishment’s continued lack of response to these complaints led to a judicial decision to close it until the lawsuit is resolved and other necessary legal procedures are carried out.
