NEW YORK: His Excellency Dr Abdullah bin Ali Al Amri, President of Oman’s Environment Authority and the United Nations Environment Assembly, delivered a crucial statement at the seventh session of the UN Environment Assembly during the High-level Political Forum on Sustainable Development in New York City. Emphasizing the critical environmental challenges confronting the planet, Dr Al Amri drew attention to the devastating environmental impacts of conflicts in regions like the Gaza Strip.
