Muscat – Under the new regulations, land transport inspectors will intensify monitoring efforts to detect violations of Omanization requirements.
The Ministry emphasized that stringent actions will be taken against violators in accordance with the Transport Law issued by Royal Decree 10/2016 and its executive regulations, as well as Ministerial Decision No. 2022/235 issued by the Ministry of Labour.
The Ministry encourages all stakeholders involved in direct and indirect services related to operating refrigerators to cooperate in implementing these regulations. They are urged to promptly report any violations to ensure compliance and support the national workforce.
