Muscat – The initiative, now in its second edition, aims to measure consumer awareness and understanding of their rights and duties in the Sultanate of Oman.
Conducted through a questionnaire, the survey will run from July 14, 2024, to September 15, 2024. It will collect valuable insights that will aid the CPA in developing programs to empower consumers to make informed business decisions, thereby enhancing their convenience and protection.
In a statement issued to highlight the importance of public participation in the survey, the CPA said: “Your participation in the public survey concerning consumer empowerment indicators in the Sultanate of Oman will enable the Authority to create programs that will allow you to make the right business decisions which will enhance your convenience and protection.”
