Muscat – The fund’s units were offered between 13 and 27 June 2024, comprising 174 million units, each valued at 100 baisas. Investor applications on the first day of subscription exceeded the fund’s minimum target capital.
Established as a closed-end fund under real estate investment in accordance with MSX regulations, the Jabal REIF has been carefully structured to meet the needs of investors.
Jabal REIF seeks to deliver long-term returns that surpass both inflation and deposit rates. The fund will achieve this by investing in income-generating commercial properties with stable tenants, quarterly dividend distributions providing regular cash flow for investors and active management by a professional team to maximize financial returns.

Jabal Asset Management serves as the investment manager, while Sohar International Bank is the custodian and administrator of the Fund.
The fund prioritizes transparency and accountability for investors. It will provide regular reports and maintain open communication channels. Additionally, Jabal REIF will leverage the expertise of a professional property manager to ensure optimal management and oversight of its portfolio.
