Muscat – The Board of Directors accepted Al-Ruwaidhi’s resignation, citing personal reasons, during a meeting held on July 4, 2024.
As per a statement from the company, Al-Ruwaidhi’s resignation is effective July 1, 2024, with his last working day scheduled for July 14, 2024.
To ensure a smooth transition, the Board has appointed Mohammed Salim Al Amri, the company’s current Vice President of Support, as acting CEO.
