MUSCAT : Air India’s footprint in Oman had been gradually shrinking over time, with the closure of the Muscat-Delhi route concluding the airline’s operations in the country.
It may be noted that Air India used to operate flights from Muscat to several Indian cities, including Hyderabad, Chennai, Bengaluru, Mumbai, and Delhi. However, these routes were progressively discontinued, leaving only the Delhi connection.
