Muscat – With the aim of enhancing the quality of health services in the Sultanate, the Ministry is calling on citizens and residents to participate in this initiative by filling out a questionnaire through the ‘Shifa’ application.
“Dear citizen/resident, in our ongoing effort to improve the quality of health services provided, we request you to fill out a questionnaire to evaluate the patient experience in health institutions through the Shifa application,” stated the Ministry notice.
The survey can be accessed easily through the Shifa app, the Ministry informed. Citizens and residents are encouraged to download the Shifa app, which can be done by scanning the provided QR Code.

“The questionnaire will be available on the app after your visit to a healthcare institution,” the Ministry stated.
