NCSI to conduct opinion poll for beneficiaries of Oman’s government services

The National Center for Statistics and Information (NCSI) is set to commence the third session of its annual survey on beneficiaries of government services from Monday, June 24.

Muscat – This survey, running until November 30, 2024, aims to gauge the opinions of individuals utilizing services provided by government agencies, assess satisfaction levels in service requests, and evaluate electronic service offerings.
The survey is conducted via telephone, targeting a randomly selected sample of individuals interacting with government agencies across the Sultanate of Oman. Data collection spans the last quarter of 2023 and the first quarter of 2024, adhering to a comprehensive set of standards for evaluating government services.
This initiative underscores the NCSI’s commitment to monitoring public opinion and providing essential data and indicators to decision-makers on various issues. By understanding beneficiaries’ perspectives and satisfaction levels, the survey seeks to enhance the quality of government services offered to the public.
