MUSCAT : The initiative, spearheaded by Mubarak bin Ali Al Rahbi, head of the Musandam Governor’s Office, aims to transition from paper-based transactions to a fully electronic system.
The new portal allows residents to submit complaints, reports, inquiries, and suggestions online, eliminating the need for in-person visits. Users can access the service through the governorate’s website (https://www.mg.gov.om/) by entering the electronic services system, registering as visitors, and filling out the required forms. They can also attach supporting documents and submit their requests directly through the portal.
This digital shift not only reduces paper consumption and saves time but also aligns with contemporary technological advancements.
