Muscat – The guidelines focus on quality management, institutional excellence and innovation, and application of the ‘Lean’ continuous improvement methodology.
Emphasizing the importance of these guidelines, H.E. Dr. Munther bin Hilal Al Busaidi, Deputy Head of the Oman Vision 2040 Implementation Follow-up Unit, said, “These guides are designed to provide the necessary tools and capabilities to enhance our government system, ensuring it meets the expectations of beneficiaries and boosts the competitiveness of the Sultanate of Oman.”
