MUSCAT : The joint efforts of the South Al Sharqiyah Governorate Police Command and the Al-Wafi Special Tasks Police Unit resulted in the arrest of 16 individuals of Asian nationalities in the city of Sur.
The arrests were carried out following a investigation for violating the work and residency laws of foreigners, and legal procedures are being completed.
