Muscat – A meeting to this effect was held in Nizwa yesterday, June 9, under the chairmanship of H.E. Sheikh Hilal Said Al Hajri, Governor of Al Dakhiliyah. The meeting discussed key activities and formed a committee to supervise preparations ahead of the launch of the summer extravaganza.
The event includes cultural, social, sports, entertainment, heritage and popular activities. The overall objective is to promote tourism and highlight heritage and natural resources of the Wilayat of Jabal Akhdar.
On the sidelines of the event, an exhibition will showcase products made by self-employed families and small and medium enterprises.
