MUSCAT : As per the announcement, the Ministry will offer six new services under social housing and five under urban planning.

Social Housing Services:

1. Request for housing assistance
2. Request to extend the implementation period
3. Request to change contractor for housing assistance
4. Request to transfer housing assistance from one governorate to another
5. Request to change the engineering consulting company for housing assistance
6. Request housing assistance through the system
   
   Urban Planning Services:
   
   1. Raise an effect note on the land data
   2. Compensation service for affected plot of land
   3. Plot effect inquiry
   4. Approval for adopting division of buildings into apartments and other units
   5. Request to change use of land.
