MUSCAT : The event took place at the Crowne Plaza Sohar Hotel and was attended by dignitaries and stakeholders, including His Excellency Mohammed bin Suleiman Al Kindi, Governor of North Al Batinah, and Jaber bin Sulaiman Al Busaidi, Executive Director of Jusoor Foundation.
His Excellency Mohammed bin Suleiman Al Kindi emphasized the substantial value these projects will bring to the community, highlighting their importance in enhancing services across different sectors. He emphasized the collaborative effort between the government and private sectors to achieve sustainable development and provide top-notch services to the local population.
Jusoor Foundation’s Executive Director, Jaber bin Sulaiman Al Busaidi, revealed that the contracts for the three projects were awarded to local companies, showcasing a commitment to supporting local businesses. These projects include a dialysis unit project in Sohar, a public park project in Al Suwaiq, and the establishment of a modern market for fish, vegetables, and fruits in Liwa.

The dialysis unit project, in collaboration with the Ministry of Health, aims to significantly improve health services in the region. The Al Suwaiq Public Park project is designed to be a hub for recreational activities and family gatherings, enhancing tourism in the area. Additionally, the Liwa Market project seeks to provide a modern and integrated platform for local merchants and residents.
