MUSCAT : The SPF explained that benefits for people with disabilities will be paid retroactively, provided the applicant meets the eligibility conditions.

As per the set eligibility criteria, the program will provide support to individuals with permanent disabilities or illnesses that require ongoing care or assistance.

To facilitate the registration process, the SPF requests applicants to ensure they have the valid identification card, birth certificate, registered mobile phone number linked to the civil status registry, active bank account held solely by the applicant with a disability and the Ministry of Social Development-issued disability card.
