Muscat – Following the sunset on Wednesday, the twenty-ninth of Shawwal 1445 AH, corresponding to May 8, 2024, the Ministry confirmed that Thursday marks the first day of the month of Dhul Qadah, corresponding to May 9, 2024.
“The Ministry of Endowments and Religious Affairs announces the commencement of the month of Dhul Qadah1445 AH following the sunset this evening, Wednesday, 29th Shawwal 1445 AH (8th May 2024),” reads the statement.
