MUSCAT : As per the forecast, the weather condition is expected to affect areas in Al Dakhiliyah, Dhofar, South Al Sharqiyah, Al Wusta and North Al Sharqiyah governorates.
The alert indicates varying intensity of rains – ranging from 20 to 40 mm, downdraft wind of speeds between 15 to 35 knots, chances of flash floods in wadis, reduced horizontal visibility and possibility of hail.
Additionally, moderate sea conditions are forecasted along the Arabian Sea coasts, with wave heights ranging from 1.25 to 1.5 meters.
