MUSCAT : The highly anticipated Real Estate Expo and Oman Design and Construction Week 2024 is poised to witness broad participation from local and international experts and companies operating in the real estate development sector.
The opening ceremony of the Expo and the week-long event will be held under the patronage of H.E. Abdul Salam bin Mohammed Al Murshidi, Chairman of the Oman Investment Authority.
The Expo serves as a hub for knowledge exchange, expertise sharing, and networking opportunities, providing insights into the latest advancements and technologies in real estate development. This year’s edition aims to bolster Oman’s position as a promising investment destination in the real estate sector, foster collaboration and partnerships, and support the growth of the industry by sharing experiences and expertise.
The accompanying exhibition will showcase a diverse range of projects, including those by the Ministry of Housing and Urban Planning, such as the Green Mountain destination project, Sultan Haitham City, Oman Waterfront in Al Khuwair Downtown, future cities in Salalah and Sohar, and the master plan project for Greater Muscat.
The Expo agenda encompasses various topics crucial to the sector’s growth and development, including investment opportunities, digital transformation, legislation and laws, facilities management, innovation, finance, model housing, and marketing strategies.
With over 50 international experts and speakers participating in the conference and hosting about 10 dialogue sessions covering a wide array of topics, attendees can expect a wealth of knowledge and insights. Moreover, the accompanying exhibition will feature approximately 150 exhibitors from 40 countries, showcasing the latest innovations and developments in the real estate industry.
