Muscat – According to Mohammad al Mashaikhi, a meteorologist at Oman Met speaking to Al Wisal FM, an air trough of low pressure is forecasted to influence the Sultanate’s atmosphere on April 24-25.
Abdallah al Khadhuri, the Director-General of Oman Meteorology Office, further elaborated on the anticipated weather event in an online statement. He stated, “As specialists at the National Multiple Hazards Early Warning Centre pointed out, there are preliminary indications that the atmosphere of the Sultanate of Oman will be affected by a new weather condition at the end of the next week.”
