MUSCAT : The decision stems from the Authority’s efforts to efficiently manage natural and national resources and establish a flexible regulatory environment that keeps pace with developments.
The decision, which also seeks to facilitate investment in innovative technologies and services, targets manufacturers, suppliers, service providers, licensees, air carriers and local and foreign airlines.
