MUSCAT : Through the project, the Municipality seeks to establish an intelligent electronic system offering 92 services in the municipal sector through innovative digital applications.
The initiative aims to bolster municipal capabilities, streamline procedures, and provide a seamless, comprehensive and sustainable experience for all beneficiaries.
The project will utilise modern technologies and geo-enabling services, provide roadmap towards smart cities, establish a central digital service management system, integrate artificial intelligence and activate governance and digitisation principles.
