LAHORE : Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) on Sunday reappointed Babar Azam as white-ball captain (ODI and T20I).
In a statement issued, PCB stated: “Following unanimous recommendation from the PCB’s selection committee, Chairman PCB Mohsin Naqvi has appointed Babar Azam as white-ball (ODI and T20I) captain of the Pakistan men’s cricket team.”
Babar, who was Pakistan’s all format skipper until last year, resigned from his role following Pakistan’s poor campaign in the World Cup held in India.
