Muscat: According to the latest update from the Civil Aviation Authority, the weather forecast for Saturday, 30 March 2024, reveals clear skies over most of Oman’s governorates. However, a significant advection of high clouds and chances of isolated rain over the Al Hajar Mountains region are expected.
Residents and travelers are advised to be cautious, as dust could rise over deserts and open areas, impacting horizontal visibility. Additionally, low clouds or fog batches may occur over the governorates of South Al Sharqiyah and Al Wusta, reducing visibility.
The alert issued by the Civil Aviation Authority emphasizes the need for vigilance during such weather conditions, especially regarding reduced visibility during dust rising, rainfall, and potential fog formation.
