MUSCAT: Oman Air has terminated the sponsorship contract deal with football club giant Chelsea, the Minister of Transport, Communications and Information Technology has confirmed on Saturday.
Speaking to reporters His Excellency Saeed Al Mawaali said the termination of the contact “did not incur any losses to the company.”
The £2 million-a-year worth deal to be ‘airline partner’ was proudly announced by the club at the start of July 2023.
