MUSCAT : The ROP’s Directorate General of Inquiries and Criminal Investigations arrested an individual of African nationality for defrauding an Omani citizen and swindling an amount of RO 22,000 by claiming the ability to double the money.
Legal proceedings against the suspect have been completed.
