Muscat: The Consumer Protection Authority has taken decisive action against two commercial establishments operating in the furniture and window detailing sector following multiple complaints from consumers.
The Rustaq Consumer Protection Department received grievances from customers who had engaged these establishments for various home improvement projects, only to be left disappointed by the non-completion of the agreed-upon tasks.
