Muscat: His Majesty Sultan Haitham Bin Tarik has extended greetings to His Excellency President Dr Ebrahim Raisi of the Islamic Republic of Iran on the occasion of Nowruz, the Persian New Year.
Nowruz, which translates to “new day,” marks the beginning of spring and is celebrated with great fervour and joy across Iran and among Persian communities worldwide.
