As a result, the court handed down a stringent judgment, ordering the establishment to cease operations for six months. Additionally, the court imposed civil fines amounting to RO 11,300, which the establishment must pay to the aggrieved plaintiffs. Moreover, the establishment faces an additional penalty of RO 100.

The core issue of the case stemmed from the establishment’s inability to fulfil orders for a set of doors, a fence for internal stairs, and external sunshades.
