MUSCAT : The ROP stated that the General Department of Criminal Inquiries and Investigation has apprehended four individuals of Asian nationality on charges of stealing electrical cables from multiple homes under construction in the South Al Batinah Governorate.
The ROP also stated that legal procedures are currently underway against the arrested individuals.
