Muscat – Article one of the Decree appoints Talal bin Sulaiman bin Habib Al Rahbi, Ambassador of the Sultanate of Oman to the Federal Republic of Brazil, to be Ambassador Extraordinary and Non-Resident Plenipotentiary to the Eastern Republic of Uruguay and the Republic of Colombia.
Article two: Badr bin Mohammed bin Badr Al-Mandhari, Ambassador to the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland, will be the Ambassador Extraordinary and Non-Resident Plenipotentiary to the Republic of Iceland.
Article three: Ahmed bin Ali bin Saeed Al Rashidi, Ambassador to the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka, to be the Ambassador Extraordinary and Non-Resident Plenipotentiary to the Republic of Maldives.
Article four: Hammoud bin Salem bin Abdullah Al Tuwaih, Ambassador to the Federal Republic of Russia, to be the Ambassador Extraordinary and Non-Resident Plenipotentiary to the Republic of Armenia and the Republic of Serbia.
