Dr Mythili Kolluru, has been awarded with “Outstanding Women Educator and Scholar Award in Strategic Management” by the National Foundation for Entrepreneurial Development (NFED) of India, during the 11th National Women’s Day event that was conducted on 8th March 2024 at Hotel Parag in Bangaluru, India. The NFED is a unique organization that recognizes academicians, corporate citizens, and entrepreneurs that create socio-economic sustenance through entrepreneurial development.

As a researcher, I am always keen to explore the working and success of organizations, be it a corporate enterprise or a social organization. Apart from being an effective member of Knowledge Oman, Dr. Mythili is an assistant professor in the Marketing and Management Section at the College of Banking and Financial Studies in Muscat. Dr Mythili holds a doctorate in strategic management and is a certified strategy planning professional. Dr. Kolluru is a prolific writer with numerous publications in reputable journals and business magazines. She has presented her research on several national and international platforms.

Dr. Mythili kolluru has been associated with Knowledge Oman since 2018. She has worked on various projects for Knowledge Oman, initially worked on strategic planning, then moved to social media communications and supported other projects. Dr Mythili is currently working on her up-coming book titled “A Social Initiative With A Difference – Knowledge Oman.” Aimed to be published sometime end of the year 2024 .
The National Women’s Day Awards is a National Level recognition for women across the nation and globe who have proven themselves in various domains through diligent efforts and invincible talent. The event was graced by the Chairman of NFED KVJ, Prof. Dr. R. Ganesan, Ms. Uma Reddy, Vice President of the Federation of Karnataka Chamber of Commerce and Industry (FKCCI) Bengaluru, and several distinguished dignitaries.
