Muscat – As per Article 2 of the new decision, the Ministerial Resolution No. 239/2018 determining fees for services provided by the Ministry of Health, is hereby repealed, as is everything that contravenes this resolution or conflicts with its provisions.
Article 1 species fees (for every three years) for services provided by the Ministry of Health; some of which are as follows:

1. Issuing or renewing a hospital license: RO 3000
2. Issuing or renewing a pharmaceutical factory license: RO 1500
3. Issuing or renewing a medical supplies factory license: RO 1500
4. Issuing or renewing a pharmaceutical warehouse license: RO 450
5. Issuing or renewing a public pharmacy license: RO 300
6. Issuing or renewing a license for a pharmaceutical studies center: RO 600
7. Issuing or renewing a drug analysis laboratory license: RO 600
8. Issuing or renewing a scientific office license: RO 300
9. Issuing or renewing a license for the pharmaceutical consulting office: RO 300
10. Issuing or renewing an optical shop license: RO 150
11. Issuing or renewing a dental laboratory license: RO 150
12. Issuing/renewing a clinic license in a school/college: RO 150
13. Issuing or renewing a clinic license in a company: RO 450
14. Issuing a license for a traditional medicine clinic: RO 1000
15. Renewing the license of a traditional medicine clinic: RO 450
16. Issuing a public clinic license within Muscat Governorate: RO 500
17. Issuing a license for a public clinic outside Muscat Governorate: RO 300
18. Renewal of a public clinic license within Muscat Governorate: RO 300
