Muscat – The decision, issued by H.E. Prof Rahma bint Ibrahim Al Mahrooqi, Minister of Higher Education, Scientific Research and Innovation, is made in the interest of public welfare and is based on the approval of the Council of Ministers.
This decision shall be published in the Official Gazette, and shall be effective from the day following the date of its publication.
