MUSCAT : Indian School Darsait proudly hosted the Kindergarten Graduation Day in the school auditorium on 15th February 2024. The event was graced by the presence of Mr. Shalimar Moideen, Vice President of the School Management Committee and Head of the Academic Subcommittee, as the Chief Guest, Mr. Vijaya Saravanan Sankaran, President of the School Management Committee, and other esteemed committee members, alongside Principal Mr. Amar Srivastava and administrators.
The ceremony commenced with warm welcome notes, a grand procession of Kindergarten II students, and a melodious rendition by the choir of KG I A, followed by the traditional lighting of the lamp. The highlight of the event was the heartfelt moment of distributing diplomas to the young graduates. Each student, called by name, walked proudly across the stage, receiving thunderous applause from the audience, capturing the joyous atmosphere. The school management committee felicitated the children of KG II, expressing their delight in their accomplishments.
In his address, President Mr. Vijaya Saravanan Sankaran emphasized the importance of holistic development in nurturing moral values and academic learning, guiding young minds towards a successful future. Chief Guest Mr. Shalimar Moideen commended the teachers for their dedication in nurturing the children and stressed the significance of motivation and confidence-building to empower them to excel. Principal Mr. Amar Srivastava praised the children for their achievements throughout the year, highlighting their confidence and hard work. He extended his best wishes for their future academic endeavors, acknowledging the dedication of both staff and students in celebrating their achievements.

The event showcased the talents of the students, with soulful performances by the little ones and inspiring presentations by KG II students, reminiscing about their journey through Kindergarten.
The welcome address was delivered by Aiswarya Lakshmi, Assistant Head Girl, while the vote of thanks was proposed by the Tarun Krishna, Assistant Head Boy, adding a touch of student leadership to the event.
The ceremony concluded with heartfelt wishes and blessings from all attendees, marking a proud moment for the Kindergarten graduates of Indian School Darsait as they embark on their educational journey.
