Calling it a dream come true to be competing in the new LMGT3 class in FIA WEC with Maxime and Valentino Rossi, who he refers to as a legend that he watched on TV in Oman, he said, “It is quite incredible, truly a dream come true. Of course, it is a huge bonus to be able to learn from such amazing and talented drivers, continue our learning curve, and the two programmes in WEC and GTWCE will help each other.

Adding further, he stated: “It’s fantastic to be racing with Sam again in GTWCE in our OQ by Oman Racing car and I’m looking forward to working with Jens for the first time as well. None of this would be possible without our incredible partners, and having the Oman Ministry of Culture Sports and Youth on board with our programme again is wonderful news. We are proud promoters of Oman and it is an honour to have the support of the Ministry once again as we embark on our new challenge with BMW.”
In a statement on X (Twitter), he expressed his thanks and appreciation to His Highness Sayyid Theyazin bin Haitham Al Said, Minister of Culture, Sports and Youth, for the trust and continuous support, and also to OQ, Omantel, BMW Oman, and the Oman Automobile Association.

Explaining that the team will be present in the World Endurance Championship for the second time in a row, as well as in the European GT Endurance Cup, he stated: “We are very proud to represent the Sultanate and raise its flag high, God willing, in the two championships, and we are looking for a presence on the podium with the new BMW M4 car with the sponsors and supporters – all thanks for their trust and presence with us and continuing to support the team.”
