Muscat – The Ministry also signed an initial cooperation agreement with Al Tawoos Company to develop a mixed-use tower in the Al Khuwair Downtown project.
The signing ceremony was held on Wednesday, February 14, under the patronage of His Highness Sayyid Dhi Yazan bin Haitham bin Tarik Al Said, Minister of Culture, Sports and Youth.
The Al Khuwair Downtown project agreement is part of the +35 development and partnership agreements signed by the Ministry for the Sultan Haitham City (SHC) project, in its first phase (2024-2030).
The agreements deal with engineering consulting services, real estate development, technical cooperation and the handing over of new sites in the SHC, in addition to layout projects, design of future cities and the preparation of a detailed plan and engineering designs for the ‘Al Khuwair Downtown’ city center project and to develop the waterfront.
