MUSCAT : The National Program for Financial Sustainability and Financial Sector Development, known as “Estidama,” is poised to unveil its holistic work plan during a media meeting scheduled for the day after tomorrow, Monday. Under the auspices of the Ministry of Finance, the program will divulge strategic pillars, enablers, initiatives, and entities crucial for executing the comprehensive plan.
The National Program “Sustainability” is strategically aligned with the national vision “Oman 2040” and aims to fortify the country’s public financial indicators. Seeking to position the financial sector as a pivotal force in realizing the goals of the ambitious vision, the program pledges to implement sustainable financial initiatives.
At its core, “Estidama” endeavours to enhance competitiveness within the financial sector, offer diverse financing options across demographics, and expand the financing market to seamlessly accommodate forthcoming transformations in investment and economic landscapes.
