Muscat – 18 international teams from Europe, Asia, America and Australia have confirmed their participation in the 13th edition of the Tour of Oman 2024, which will kick off on February 10, with the unfolding of ‘Muscat Classic’ on the eve of the competition.

Organized by the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Youth and the Oman Cycling Association, in cooperation with a number of other governmental and private agencies, the tour will be held in five stages.
The ‘Muscat Classic’ race, introduced last year, will start from Al Mouj Muscat and pass through a number of tourist sites that highlight Oman’s architectural splendour; it will pass along Seeb Wilayat, Al Jabal street in Al Amerat before moving to Darsait and Wadi Al Kabir and on to Al Bustan Roundabout towards Sidab and finish in front of the State Council, with a total distance of 173.7 km.
