MUSCAT : IndiGo, has been served a show cause notice by the Ministry of Civil Aviation’s Bureau of Civil Aviation Security (BCAS) regarding the diversion of flight 6E 2195 from Goa to Delhi. The flight, scheduled for Delhi, was redirected to Mumbai on January 14, 2024, prompting scrutiny from aviation authorities.
In response, IndiGo has proactively initiated an internal enquiry to delve into the diversion’s circumstances. The airline assures the public and relevant authorities that it is taking the matter seriously and is committed to a thorough investigation to ascertain the reasons behind the deviation from the original route.
