MUSCAT : The third edition of TAS Conclave will feature a panel discussion titled ‘How women are shaping the future of Oman,’ where Maryam Al Shabibi will share her insights and experiences as a successful businesswoman contributing to Oman’s dynamic landscape.

As the Managing Director of Green Umbrella Recruitment, Maryam is well known for her entrepreneurial spirit and innovative approach to business leadership. She continues to play a pivotal role in reshaping the employment landscape in Oman, focusing on impactful employment and recruitment solutions.

A graduate in Critical Care Nursing – specialized in general surgery, she has more than 10 years work experience in the health care sector and over 13 years of experience in private business sectors as an entrepreneur in recruitment and HR advisory. She is a high-energy professional with a talent for taking innovative projects – from concept development to launch – by representing different companies from abroad and providing long-term solutions in the Sultanate of Oman.

She is also an active public speaker and trainer on entrepreneurship and business opportunities in Oman and a member of the organizing committee of the Oman Entrepreneurs Network gatherings. She constantly strives to create a challenging and engaging learning environment in which students learn how to build their future; she is driven to inspire students and society to pursue their dreams and personal excellence.
