MUSCAT : The agreement, marking the official commencement of the project, was signed by His Excellency Dr. Hamad bin Ahmed Al Busaidi, Governor of Al Buraimi, and Khalid bin Abdul Rahim Al Farsi, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Al Buraimi Development and Investment Company.
Engineer Musa bin Saeed Al Abri, Director General of Al Buraimi Municipality, highlighted the key components covered in the agreement. It outlines the investment in operating the artificial lake, a floating restaurant, a water park, and commercial shops surrounding the lake for 25 years.
He elaborated on the broader vision behind this strategic agreement, emphasizing the governorate’s commitment to fostering tourism, collaborating closely with the private sector, and maximizing economic growth opportunities.
