MUSCAT: The Royal Oman Police (ROP) on Monday announced that it will temporarily suspend its resident card services in view of the Majlis Al Shura elections.
In a statement issued, ROP said issuance, renewal or replacement of ID card will be suspended on Sunday October 22 and October 29, 2023.
The ROP, however, will issue birth and death certificates to citizens and residents will continue.
