Muscat – Under the theme of ‘Better City, Better Life’, the event aims to raise awareness of the importance of preserving green spaces to improve the weather and absorb pollutants.
‘Urban October’, observed globally, is an opportunity for everyone to be part of the conversation about the challenges and opportunities created by changes in cities and towns around the world. The month begins with ‘World Habitat Day’ on the first Monday of the month, and ends with ‘World Cities Day’ on 31 October.
