Muscat – The Conference, scheduled to be held on January 8, will be participated by more than 350 senior executives in the space sector, from government agencies and private sector companies around the world.
It will be held in cooperation with Euroconsult, a leading global consulting company in the field of strategic studies in the space and satellite sector. it will discusses all the main issues for developing the space sector in the Middle East, including space strategies, sector financing, market trends and opportunities in the space industry, satellite communications, Earth observation and other fields.
The Conference aims to achieve the vision and objectives of the space policy and executive program; identify investment opportunities for the sector in the region; highlight Oman as a regional gateway for space services and applications; enhance communication, building partnerships, and exchanging experiences between global, regional, and local entities active in the space sector; provide a platform for decision makers in the region to discuss the main trends of the space sector; and encourage the flow of international investments and transferring and localizing technological progress in the space sector in the region.
The conference will be accompanied by an exhibition of local and international companies specialized in space technologies and sciences.
