MUSCAT : The Ministry of Health issued a decision granting authorization in some specializations in support of decentralizing decision-making, thus facilitating and accelerating the pace of work in the Ministry of Health and enhancing its efficiency. His Excellency Dr. Hilal bin Ali bin Hilal Al-Sabti issued a ministerial decision to authorize decision-making with regard to some of the administrative competencies of the Undersecretary for Administrative, Financial Affairs and Planning, the Director General of Administrative Affairs, and the general directors of health services in the governorates, Khoula Hospital, and the Royal Hospital.

The Ministerial decision grants the ability to authorize the appointment, assignment, transfer, promotions, replacement, commissioning, secondment, employment contracts, renewal contracts, granting and stopping due allowances, dispatching, granting, stopping or terminating missions or grants to the employees of the Ministry of Health in its administrative and technical divisions.
